Thankful for the kind words and wonderful support of our case manager at the adoption agency- but really crushed by the news today. Matches in Haiti are taking much longer than initially projected- and even though we are a great match, we are looking closer to a year and a half to two years before we are even matched with our son and another year (almost) before we get to bring him home.
This Momma's soul is weary at this news. Thankful for the amazing people who are walking with us in this journey and all of those who are going before us.
Say a little prayer- would you? For all of the children in Haiti who are waiting for their parents and all of the parents waiting for their children.
